Radio Funkshire is the story of two hapless twats D.J. Jethro and P. Funk Pedro. who run a funk pirate radio station from their dilapidated windmill in the hamlet of Little Hempton in the County of Funkshire

When the U.S. Airforce base near to the hamlet closed in the early 70's, the Funkin' Bumpkin’s  never moved on.
